Even with all this dry heat, most of our research sites are powering through the lack of rain. Although the pollinators abundance in our counts are slowly lowering, as we get to the second half of summer, we are still seeing a great diversity of pollinators and beneficial insects visiting flowers.

This weekend we had everything from hairy belly bees to damsel flies and Syrphid flies to Skipper Butterflies, one of the most diverse weekends yet, in the data collection period. To celebrate, here is a couple of photos taken across the research sites.
